Eleveight AI develops and operates AI Factories, purpose-built for markets that need advanced AI infrastructure most. Its first AI Factory in Gagarin, Armenia, runs on NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs, the first deployment of this generation in the South Caucasus.

Eleveight AI offers Neocloud and Dedicated Compute on NVIDIA B300. Its first phase represents up to $150 million in investment, with a 5 MW power capacity. The next phase of expansion will scale with an additional 35 MW, totaling 40 MW, representing a further $2 billion in investment. As the facility scales, energy efficiency remains central to its design. The data center's Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) is effectively 1.1, placing it among the world's most efficient AI data centers.

The AI Factory is built to NVIDIA Reference Architecture standards, meaning teams don't have to adapt their training or inference jobs to a custom cluster, as the validated blueprint and proven performance come as standard.
