Eleveight AI Brings Its NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra-Powered AI Factory to NVIDIA GTC Berlin 2026
With its initial capacity fully committed, Armenia’s first AI Factory is scaling toward 40 MW and $2 billion in investment.

YEREVAN, Armenia, October 21, 2026 — Eleveight AI will be at NVIDIA GTC Berlin on October 20–22, 2026, presenting its operating AI Factory and expansion plans, open conversations with teams building on NVIDIA platforms, and collecting interest for its next phase of capacity. Operating one of the first deployments of the NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra systems, the company provides AI training and inference infrastructure to organizations building across Europe and beyond.
The facility’s initial 1.5 MW of live capacity is fully committed, with demand coming from clients far beyond Armenia's borders too. Phase 1 expansion is underway, with power capacity planned to reach 5 MW by the end of 2026, representing a planned $150 million investment. Phase 2 is planned to add a further 35 MW, bringing total capacity to 40 MW in 2027, and represents a further $2 billion investment.
As the facility scales, energy efficiency remains central to its design. The AI Factory's Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) is effectively 1.1, placing it among the world's most efficient AI data centers.
At GTC Berlin, Eleveight AI will connect with developers and technology companies building on NVIDIA platforms and with enterprises planning their AI infrastructure. Visitors can discuss training and inference requirements, engineering support and the company’s expansion roadmap with the team.
“Our first Blackwell Ultra deployment filled faster than we expected, and with demand reaching far beyond Armenia’s borders,” said Arman Aleksanian, co-founder and CEO of Eleveight AI. “GTC Berlin is where we meet the wider NVIDIA ecosystem and the teams whose next AI workloads our expanding infrastructure can support.”

About Eleveight AI
Eleveight AI develops and operates AI Factories for markets that need advanced AI infrastructure. Its first facility in Armenia runs on NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPUs. The AI Factory is built to NVIDIA Reference Architecture standards, meaning teams don't have to adapt their training or inference jobs to a custom cluster, as the validated blueprint and proven performance come as standard. Eleveight AI provides access through its Neocloud, Dedicated Compute, and Inference offerings.
